1) Where is Manhattan Labs located?
Our lab is located in the center of Manhattan on East 52nd Street. We also have a larger lab 25 miles west of Manhattan in Pine Brook, NJ.
2) What is the turnaround time for STATs in Manhattan?
We have 2 hour STATs. Your results will be reported back to you within 2 hours of specimen delivery to the STAT lab. Patient draws at the STAT lab will ensure timely reporting and we welcome your patient referral to the STAT lab. STATs are available from 9 am to 4 pm. Accommodations may be made after 4 pm depending on courier availability and office location. Please see our STAT menu page for complete STAT test listing.
3) Are my reports customizable?
Yes, we can customize your reports. Our IT solutions and reporting mechanisms are extremely flexible.
4) Can I get printed reports?
You can get your reports many different ways. We have all levels of connectivity including interfaces to most EMR products, we can even give you your results on your smartphone.
5) What insurances do you take?
We accept many insurances. Please see our insurance page for a full listing.
6) What is the process and timing for ordering supplies?
You can order supplies directly from our website. We have separate supply forms for New York and New Jersey which are based on federal and state regulations. Please allow for three business days to receive supplies.

8) Can I get one of your cool Manhattan Labs Smart cars?
We can’t provide Smart cars to our clients but are excited that you like them as much as we do. These cars are superb for getting our couriers around the city efficiently and demonstrating to our clients how dedicated we are to them!
